Provide the necessary details, including your order number, product details, transaction-id, required details to initiate procerss and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund or cancellation request.

We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund or cancellation process within 7 working days of receiving your request.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
